Spring Topiary Tree

Suitable for all levels including beginners

Topiary trees are so often associated with Winter or Christmas so here is a chance for you to create a SPRING version designed to sit on a table and impress your family and friends!We will create a topiary tree using fresh flowers and lush foliage.Flowers include roses and spray carnations. We will add trails of  delicate ivy and asparagus fern to create movement and interest. 

You will be amazed at the results!

All materials, sundries, refreshments are included in the price.

£30-00 per 2 ½  hour session

Session includes Topiary tree mechanics,all Flowers, Seasonal foliage and  teamed with the qualified skills of your experienced Floristry Tutor.

BEGINNERS WEDDING FLORISTRY

ONE   DAY WORKSHOP

  Do you know someone getting married? Are you getting married? Would you like to learn how to make your own wedding flowers? -or maybe you might like the opportunity to just get creative!

This ONE day workshop will help you create and produce a bridal hand tied bouquet, table decoration AND wired accessories. You will be shown all the necessary techniques and methods to produce your wedding flower package.  Your Tutor will give you step-by-step instructions and support throughout the day 

.ALL flowers & foliage and florist sundries will be supplied  along with helpful tips and most importantly,the confidence to DIY!    

Suitable for all your friends, or even a hen party!!

Each session includes Luxurious flowers and Seasonal foliage teamed with the qualified skills of your experienced Floristry Tutor.Tools are also provided for use in class if required.

Cost £58.00 pp includes ALL materials for 3 items and light refreshments.

Arranged onto a medium size posy pad base,narrow strips of cork  encase a variety of natural materials in a spiralled formation.
 Succulents,flower blooms,foliage and berries are dressed with a delicate dressing of Guinea Fowl feathers to enhance the completed design.

Each course needs a minimum of 6 people to run.  If there is less than 6 people booked onto the course we reserve the right to cancel and offer an alternative session.

 If you are unable to transfer your booking to another workshop/course/date a full refund will be given.

Basic wiring experience would be an advantage

 Well now you can..The first part of the day will be spent showing you all the wiring techniques and the mechanics behind the design. After the demonstration you are free to create your wildest dream  floral crown and then 'dress to impress' with wearable flowers!

Love the idea of making your own gorgeous wedding flowers and finishing touches for your wedding but aren’t sure where to start? Well, Love to be Green Flower School has come to the rescue of all have-a-go brides with their clever, new Handmade Wedding Workshops.

Taught by Susan Hodges, Florist and former Floristry Lecturer at Newton Abbot Adult & Community Learning Centre, you’ll be taken through simple step-by-step instructions to help you make gorgeous wedding flowers and decorations to impress your guests.

Workshops are kept small  from 6 up to total of 9 crafters at a time and the things you make are yours to take home. Why not bring Mum, Aunts and Friends/Bridesmaids along for a day of girly bonding?

Session Plans are being put together Now!!!

Sessions will start late January and dates throughout the Spring and Summer will be given shortly.
